  • How old do you have to be to take a course?

    For our courses, we require all students to be over the age of 18.

  • Do I need any pre-existing licensing or education to take your courses?

    Our courses are perfect for all experience levels! No prior licensing, education or certifications are required to enroll in our courses. We do let our students know that they are responsible for obtaining information on their local rules & regulations regarding licensing and permits before offering services as every State and Province has its own guidelines that need to be followed.

  • Are your courses taught only in English?

    Yes, at this time our courses are only taught in English. In the nearest future, we are planning to add Spanish. If our non-english speaking students require a translator we ask you to arrange this prior to your course date and speak with our training coordinator for future detail and instructions.

  • Is the kit included? How will you send me the kit?

    The starter kit is included with the registration for an online course with in-person training only (Premium package). The students will get it right after their offline course is over in our Academy. However, if you register for online courses, you can buy the kit separately at https://skinnatural.ca/store/

  • Will I get any help from the instructors?

    If you buy the Advanced or Premium package, you will get a live-support from the practitioners of Skin Natural Academy. After the payment will be processed, in 48 hours you will get a call or email with an invitation to book an online QA session with the Instructor. If you choose the Premium package you will also be offered to reserve a day for your offline 4-hrs practice in our Academy in Vancouver.
